What are the best snow tires for the Nissan Xterra?

Which snow tires should I buy for my Xterra? I don’t live in a particularly dangerous area, but we do get lots of snow. I want to stay safe!

Some of the best snow tires for the
Nissan Xterra
 include:
  • BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2
  • Bridgestone Blizzak WS80
  • Cooper Discoverer A/T3

  • Kumho Road Venture AT51
However, the most important thing to remember when shopping for snow tires is tire size. Your Xterra might have a tire size of 265/70R16, 265/75R16, or 265/65R17, depending on the exact model and trim level. Be certain to check your owner’s manual for the proper tire size before you go shopping!
You won’t need to update your
car insurance
 policy once you add snow tires to your Xterra, but you may want to invest in some additional coverage if you haven’t already. A
