Is the Mitsubishi Outlander a full-sized SUV?
I’m shopping around for full-sized SUVs and I came across the Mitsubishi Outlander—but I’m not sure if Mitsubishi sells SUVs. Will I need to look at another brand or is the Mitsubishi Outlander considered a full-sized SUV?

Mitsubishi Outlander
is not a full-sized SUV. Rather, this vehicle is classified as a compact SUV. This classification is in spite of the fact that the Outlander offers seven seats, which is unusual for a compact SUV. However, the Outlander is not equipped for the type of work that a full-sized SUV would be able to perform, like towing large items or driving on uneven or rough terrain, so this classification does ultimately make sense.Unfortunately, the Outlander is Mitsubishi’s largest SUV. If you want a bigger and more powerful vehicle, you’ll need to look to other car brands and competitors, like Honda or Nissan.
