Is it illegal to drive with an expired license in Ohio?

What happens if I get pulled over before I get a new license? I recently moved here from Pennsylvania. My license expired there, but I figured I'd wait until I moved to get a new one.

“In Ohio, if you are convicted for driving without a valid driver’s license and your license is expired, you will be charged with a minor misdemeanor and up to $150 in fines. This includes out-of-state licenses.
If you’re moving from out of state, also don’t forget to update your car registration and car insurance information.”
