How often should you perform pre-driving checks?

Should you perform pre-driving checks often, or just every week or so? I just learned about them in my driving class but I was a little confused about how often we had to do them. It feels excessive to do them every time I drive!

It’s recommended that you perform pre-driving checks every time you drive your car. While this might seem a little daunting, the process will become automatic over time as you check your car over and over.
To perform pre-driving checks, look for things like:
  1. Broken headlights, taillights, windows, or any other damage
  2. Low tire pressure
  3. Dashboard lights
    that have turned on unexpectedly
  4. Fluid leaks
  5. Any dangerous or sharp objects near your car
While you’re taking the time to learn about pre-driving checks, why not learn about your insurance options, too? The
