How much is Ford Mustang depreciation?

I’ve always wanted to own a Ford Mustang. My only issue is that I’m fairly certain that sports cars depreciate faster than other types of cars. As a result, I’m a bit hesitant about buying a new one. How much does a Ford Mustang usually depreciate?

While you’re right that many sports cars depreciate faster than other vehicles, it’s not exactly true of the Ford Mustang. A Ford Mustang depreciates at a rate of around 25% after five years of ownership, which is surprisingly low for a sports car.
However, you can also increase the resale value of your car in several ways. Make sure to stay on top of a
regular maintenance schedule
, change the oil regularly, keep good records, and avoid accidents. If you can do all of these things, you should find that the price of your Mustang may even be higher than the average.
