How much does a 2013 Honda Accord transmission replacement cost?

My mechanic told me that I would need to get the transmission replaced in my 2013 Honda Accord, and then he quoted me a pretty ridiculous price. Or at least it seemed ridiculous to me. But I don’t know much about this stuff. What should A transmission replacement cost for that type of car?

A 2013 Honda Accord transmission replacement cost should be somewhere in the neighborhood of $5,000-$5,200 for parts and labor. It might be a bit higher or lower, depending on your mechanics’ rates.
