How many times will Nationwide tow my car for the same issue?
Now that I have the cash, will Nationwide send someone to get my car and bring it to the repair shop? My car broke down the other day, and Nationwide sent a tow company to pick it up. Since I didn't have the money to have the car fixed, I had it brought straight to my house.

Their roadside assistance program is for emergency use. Now that you and your vehicle are out of harm’s way, it is no longer deemed an emergency. It doesn’t hurt to call and ask though!
If you don’t have a towing membership with an independent towing company like
AAA
or Urgently, check to see if you have it with another company. Some credit card companies and cell phone providers have towing as an additional benefit.” View full answer
