Nissan never publicized how many CrossCabriolets were made, but we know how many were sold. From 2011 to 2013, around 6,000 Nissan Murano CrossCabriolets were driven off the lot, with over half of these sold in 2012.
After sluggish sales, the model was discontinued after the 2013 model year, although it’s established somewhat of a cult following over the past few years.
What made the Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet so interesting was that it was **the world’s first all-wheel-drive crossover convertible, pairing four roomy seats with a sizable trunk area and all the fun of a top-down experience.
