Does a 2007 Ford Edge have Bluetooth?

I’ve got my eyes on a used Ford in my area but it’s a bit old. I’d like to know what to expect from its audio technology. Did the 2007 Ford Edge come with Bluetooth?

The
Ford Edge
drew attention as a stylish SUV when it first hit the market in 2007, but not for any upgraded connectivity, unfortunately. The 2007 Ford Edge does not have Bluetooth, but the feature was introduced with SYNC technology a year later on the 2008 model.
If you’re just looking for a way to play your music, you may be able to live with the standard auxiliary jack installed in the 2007 Edge’s CD/MP3 player. However, if you’re looking for more hands-free functionality, you’ll have to
add a Bluetooth adapter to this older car
. You can find these devices for relatively cheap, depending on your preferences.
Even if you don’t think you need a Bluetooth adapter, you might be surprised by the benefits—especially if it offers voice controls! Using hands-free controls for device usage while driving will help you cut down on
distracted driving
and avoid expensive tickets. This can also help you save on your
car insurance
by keeping rate-raising violations off your record and earning you a discount if your provider offers one!
