Only a small number of Ford F-150
Shelby trucks are produced each year—usually just several hundred. While the odds are never technically zero, that could make them pretty challenging. Shelby takes these Ford F-150s and upgrades various features to take their performance capabilities to the extreme.
For the 2020 model year, only 500 trucks were produced. Shelby’s take on this F-150 included features like:
Black powder-coated step bars
Custom 20” Shelby-engraved alloy wheels
Carbon fiber interior accents
An optional 770-horsepower supercharger
For the 2021 model year, Shelby produced a total of 600 F-150 Super Snake trucks—300 each of two different options:
Super Snake: 22” wheels, performance tires, trademark Shelby stripes and badges, adds five horsepower
Super Snake Sport: Lowered suspension, up to 775 horsepower, new brake system
For comparison, the typical configurations of the 2021 Ford F-150 range from 250 to 430 horsepower.
These upgraded Fords are no small purchase: their starting MSRPs are upwards of $90,000 to $100,000.
