It’s time for a vehicle change in my life. My 2018 Honda Civic Type R was good to me and was an overall quite pleasant driving experience but I think I want to sell it. How many Type Rs were made in 2018? I’ll need to adjust my asking price according to its prevalence on the market.

were made. They never released specific production numbers for any of the Civic Type Rs production years, actually. What we do know is that there have been roughly 48,000 Honda Civic Type Rs produced in total during its 25+ year run. That may not be the most helpful number if you’re trying to appeal to your model year specifically, but it’s a start!
The Type R retains the practicality that has made the Honda Civic hatchback so popular, is quiet and comfortable on the highway, and can handle the rough streets of the city—and these factors should definitely make it more of an appealing purchase.
