How long does it take to get a Texas toll bill?

I set up automatic billing for the toll road I dirve to get to work for the first time. I thought I’d have to pay something by now, though. How long does it take to get a Texas toll bill?

How long it takes to get a
Texas
toll bill depends on the tolling authority. You would have signed up with one of the following:
  • TxTag
  • TollTag
  • EZ Tag
  • Pikepass
  • K-Tag
It’s common to be able to expect a balance applied to your account within seven to ten days of making a trip. It might take as long as three to four weeks to receive a Texas toll bill by mail, but some authorities might send statements quarterly instead.
If you’re expecting a bill by mail, you might also want to verify that the address used on your
vehicle’s title
is up to date.
If you haven’t already, sign into your account and view your transactions. You’ll also want to verify any payment or mailing information you provided is correct and check the settings for how you receive recurring statements for toll bills.
If you don’t see any update to your toll bill after a reasonable amount of time, you’ll want to contact the tolling authority’s customer service so you don’t have to worry about being charged any late fees—or worse, misdemeanor charges if enough time goes by.
