How do you use the BMW M2 launch control?
I just leased a BMW M2 and I’ve been reading all about its launch control system. I’m dying to try it out. How can I enable the launch control on my BMW M2?

Launch control is an awesome feature cropping up in lots of sports cars these days. Faster acceleration without the hassles of wheelspin or blown cylinders seems worthy of all the buzz among car enthusiasts.
- Come to a complete stop, then push the gearshift to the right to enter manual mode.
- Use the arrows on the gearshift to choose Drivelogic 3.
- Press the button on your center console for five seconds to turn off DSC.
- Press your brake pedal firmly, followed by your gas pedal in equal firmness.
- Release the brake pedal once you see Launch control ready.
Launch control can create a much more enjoyable experience for many drivers, but like any performance feature, it should be handled with care and used in optimal conditions.
