How do you program a Lexus garage door opener?
I’ve noticed buttons on my Lexus’s rearview mirror that are supposed to act as garage door openers, but I’m not sure how to program them. How can I link my garage door to the buttons in my Lexus?

To program a
Lexus
garage door opener, ensure you’re parked inside or close to the garage and have your normal garage door opener on hand. Then follow these steps:- Push and hold the first and third Homelink buttons on your rearview mirror until the light blinks green, and then release the buttons.
- Hold your normal garage door opener up to the Homelink buttons, and press and hold both the garage door button and the first Homelink button until the light blinks green. Then release the buttons.
- Head to the garage and locate the garage door control box.
- Press the Learn Button on the side of the garage door control box but do not hold it for longer than one second or all of its connections will be erased.
- After you press the Learn Button, you have approximately 30 seconds to press the first Homelink button in your vehicle.
