. Luckily, they’re easy to install when you use a Honda license plate mount.Follow these steps to install a front license plate on your Honda Accord:
- Step 1: Start by purchasing a Honda license plate mount.
- Step 2: Locate the ribs in the center of your bumper—they should be on either side of the silver box in the middle of your grille.
- Step 3: Align the tabs on the license plate mount with the ribs in the bumper. Then, push it between the ribs.
- Step 4: Screw the plate to the bumper, starting with the center screw, then the left screw, and ending with the right side screw.
- Step 5: Hold your license plate against the mount and screw it into place at the indicated spots.
If you follow these steps, you should have an easy time installing a front license plate on your Honda Accord! Remember, non-Honda license plates may interfere with your front bumper sensors. It’s best to stick with a Honda license plate mount if you can.
