How do you get stickers off your windshield?

My husband has finally given me the okay to remove some of the ridiculous stickers he has on our truck since we’re moving to the big city in Dallas from small-town Texas. How do I do it?

Best of luck on your big move! Before you hit the road, you can get those stickers off the windshield with the right liquid, a razor blade, and a bit of elbow grease.
The best substances for removing stickers are:
  • Window cleaner
  • Rubbing alcohol
  • Goo Gone
  • Ice
  • WD-40
To remove with window cleaner, rubbing alcohol, or Goo Gone:
  • Rub or spray on the chemical
  • Wait a few minutes
  • Peel off as much as you can
  • Use a razor blade to remove the rest
To remove with ice:
  • Hold the ice cube on top of the sticker for a few minutes to loosen the adhesive
  • Use the razor blade to remove the rest
To remove with WD-40:
  • Peel off as much of the sticker as you can
  • Spray WD-40 over the remnants
  • Wait a few minutes
  • Wipe off the WD-40 with a damp cloth
Once you’ve got those stickers cleared off, you’ll want to make sure you’re all prepared for your big drive to Dallas. If you’re looking for towing coverage, lockout service, tire change, jump starts, key replacement, and more, try a
