. The fix for a loose side mirror will depend on what’s causing it to be loose, so your first step is to determine why it’s wobbly.
If the mirror case is loose on the mount—Tighten the screws to secure the mount. Look for a panel on the casing that you can open to access the mounting screws.
If the mount is loose on the side of the door—Remove the interior panel on the inside of the door to access the bolts and tighten them.
If the mirror glass is loose on the case—Pry the glass off with a screwdriver. Apply new adhesive and sealant and press firmly into place. Secure the glass with tape for 24 hours.
