How do you delete a Bluetooth device from the Mazda CX-5

My wife used my car last week and paired her phone to it, but now that her own car is out of the shop I want to unpair it. Can you tell me how to delete a Bluetooth device from a Mazda CX-5?

It can be super annoying when the wrong phone keeps pairing to your car when all you want to do is stream your favorite playlist! But we can help you out with directions to delete a Bluetooth from the
Mazda CX-5
. It’s an easy process.
To get your wife’s phone off your CX-5’s Bluetooth list, just follow these instructions:
  • With your Mazda CX-5 on, select Settings from the multimedia display’s home screen.
  • Select Devices.
  • Select Bluetooth, and make sure the Bluetooth connectivity is on.
  • You should see a list of paired devices on the screen. Select the device you’d like to delete.
  • Tap on Unpair This Device.
  • Select Yes.
Once you’re done, your wife’s phone should no longer be able to connect to your car. Happy streaming!
