How do you connect to Bluetooth in an Acura TL 2009?
The transmission in my car just failed, and I can’t afford to get it fixed right now. Thankfully my grandmother has been looking for an excuse to get a new car, so she’s going to give me her 2009 Acura TL. How do you use the Bluetooth in it?

Grandma saves the day! Luckily, the Bluetooth pairing process is fairly simple. Here’s how to connect to Bluetooth in an Acura TL 2009:
- Confirm that your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on and discoverable.
- On your car’s infotainment system, go to the phone set-up screen. (If you have the Acura Navigation System with voice recognition, you can simply say “Phone set up” instead.)
- Choose the “Pair” option from the list. You might be prompted to make a four-digit pairing code.
- Open your phone’s menu of Bluetooth devices, then select “Hands Free Link.”
- If it asks, enter your pairing code, then select “Pair.”
