I want to make calls in my 2019 Chevy and I know you can pair your phone, but I’m lost as to how. How do you connect Bluetooth to a Chevy Equinox?

Pairing your phone to your Chevy is pretty simple, and it’ll automatically connect once you pair it the first time.
Though the process varies slightly by model year, here’s how you can connect Bluetooth to your Chevy Equinox in newer models:
- Turn your Chevy on without starting the engine
- Touch the phone icon on the home screen
- Hit “Connect Phone”
- Hit the green “Add Phone”
- On your phone, turn on Bluetooth and select “my Chevrolet” under available devices
- Make sure the passkey on your phone matches the passkey on your Chevy home screen
- Hit “Okay” on your phone then “Pair” on your home screen
- Your phone should appear as a connected device
- To make calls, use voice commands or hit the phone icon, then go to the “Contacts” or “Recents” tab
