How do you clean Honda fuel injectors?
I’ve been dealing with severely reduced fuel economy in my car for the past year. My mechanic said it might be due to buildup on my fuel injectors. I’d rather not pay to have my fuel injectors cleaned. Is there any easy way to clean my Honda fuel injectors myself?

These additives act like detergents and help break down buildup in your fuel injection system. When using fuel additives, you should follow the directions on the given product, but here are some general steps for using gasoline additives:
- When you fill-up your gas tank, buy a gasoline additive.

- Drive as usual.
