How do I reset the TPMS on a 2009 Honda Accord?
I just refilled the tires on my 2009 Honda Accord Sport to the recommended PSI. However, my tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) light is still on. How can I reset the TPMS on a 2009 Honda Accord?

! Fortunately, it’s easy to fix.To reset the TPMS on a 2009 Honda Accord, simply hold the TPMS button located under the lower-left dash on the driver’s side. The TPMS button typically features a tire tread with an exclamation point on it. Push this in for about five seconds. The light should disappear.
If that doesn’t fix the issue, hold the TPMS button again. Then, drive around for about 15 minutes (or 10 miles). This should also make the TPMS light go off.
Unlike newer Honda Accords, the 2009 model uses the ABS system to track tire pressure, so a faulty sensor is never the issue. For further troubleshooting, consult a mechanic.
