, though the tech in new cars can certainly be confusing at times. Here’s what to do.Fasten your seatbelt and step on the brake pedal. Then, pull up on the parking brake switch to release the brake.
Alternatively, you can press lightly on the gas pedal while in DRIVE to release the brake.
