How do I open the gas tank on a Ford Expedition?
My husband just got a Ford Expedition and I’ve been driving it around while he’s away on a trip, so the gas is getting low. I just glanced at the fuel door the last time I was getting out of the car and noticed there wasn’t a lip on it to help me open it. How does the gas tank open on the Expedition?

, you have to unlock your vehicle and press and release the rear side of the fuel door. This should allow the fuel door to pop up enough for you to continue opening it. And thanks to Ford’s Easy Fuel Capless gas tank, you can simply stick the fuel pump in without worrying about removing a gas cap. Just fill up with the
right type of gas
