How do I know if my BMW has Bluetooth?
I just bought a used BMW. However, I’m not sure if it comes equipped with Bluetooth. Is there a way I can tell if my BMW model has Bluetooth?

You can tell if your BMW has Bluetooth by looking for Bluetooth under telephone or communications on your iDrive system. Alternatively, if your steering wheel has mounted controls, press the icon with a person talking or a telephone. If you have Bluetooth, this should start the connection process.
**Bluetooth is only available on BMWs from 2003 or later, and the Bluetooth function in models from 2003-2012 only served for making and receiving hands-free phone calls. Only models made in or after 2013 have Bluetooth music connectivity.
