How do I get an impounded car back on GTA 5 online?
My cars keep getting impounded when I play GTA 5 online. It’s super annoying because I don’t know how to get them back and I keep losing my favorite cars. What can I do to get back an impounded car on GTA 5 online?

Getting your car impounded on GTA 5 online is certainly annoying! The good news is that getting it back isn’t all that difficult. Just follow one of these methods:
- Call the Assistant on your phone. This will respawn the car nearby at a price of $1,000. It’s more expensive, but it’s super convenient.
- Sneak into the back of the impound and steal your car back. Keep in mind that the ornery owners of the impound lot will open fire, so be prepared.
- Pay $250 at the entrance of the impound. This is the cheapest way, although you will have to locate the impound lot on your map.
