How do I delete a Bluetooth device from the Honda Ridgeline?

I just purchased a Honda Ridgeline and it’s truly an awesome truck. One of the things that sold me was that it had some more upscale infotainment features than you’d find in other similarly sized trucks. The only problem is that the previous owner’s Bluetooth devices are in the infotainment system—how do I delete them so I can add my own?

The Honda Ridgeline gets some awesome reviews, so it’s no surprise that you love it—the truck even has
Bluetooth-enabled speakers
in the bed—the only truck to have this feature. If you want to delete a Bluetooth device from the Honda Ridgeline to free up space for your device, here’s how to do it:
  1. Select the Settings button on the infotainment touchscreen.
  2. Press Phone Settings.
  3. Tap the Bluetooth Device list.
  4. Scroll down the list until you find the device you want to delete. In your case, this would be all devices, so it doesn’t really matter which one you choose.
  5. After selecting the device, press Delete This Device.
  6. Choose Yes when the confirmation appears.
  7. Repeat these steps for all the devices you want to delete from your Ridgeline, and you should be able to pair your own device(s) as necessary.
And if you ever need a

on top of Bluetooth, you can always go to the Honda website or contact your local dealer.
