How do I check tire pressure on a Hyundai Accent?

I have a 2010-era Hyundai Accent that I bought off the lot. I’ve never really had any problems with it, but as of late, it’s pulling to the right. I think I need to check the tires, but I’m not sure how to do it. How do I check the tire pressure on an Accent?

Since you have a model made after 2007, your Accent comes equipped with a tire pressure monitoring system. If your tire pressure is indeed the issue, you should look for the light on the dash. If you see a light, you need to check your tire pressure.
*Here’s how to check tire pressure on a Hyundai Accent:
  1. Locate the valve stem on the tire.
  2. Unscrew it.
  3. Press the tire gauge against the valve stem to get a psi reading.
  4. If you need air, use an air compressor. You can either buy one or go to a gas station to add air.
  5. If you need to remove air, take the backside of the tire gauge and press it against the valve stem.
  6. Repeat for all tires as a good general practice.
  7. Once you have all tires to the proper psi as outlined in your owner’s manual, you’re done!
Once you fill your tires, one of the best ways to give you some added peace of mind is to lower your
