How do I check the tire pressure on the Subaru Crosstrek?

I have a Subaru Crosstrek. Recently, it’s been pulling to the right. I just had an alignment, so I think the tire pressure is off. What do I need to do to check the tire pressure on a Subaru Crosstrek? I’ve never done it before.

Sorry to hear about your tire issues! The good news is that a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) is a standard on the Subaru Crosstrek. It will illuminate a dashboard light that looks like a tire tread with an exclamation point if one or more tires are low.
If this comes on, check your tire pressure manually ASAP. Follow these instructions to do it correctly:
  1. If you own an air compressor, fire it up. If not, drive to a gas station that has an air pump.
  2. Go to one of your tires. Unscrew the cap from the valve stem.
  3. Press a tire gauge onto the valve stem to get an accurate PSI rating.
  4. Repeat this process for all four tires and fill them accordingly.
The appropriate PSI will vary depending on what model year and trim of the Crosstrek you have. It should fall somewhere between 32 and 36 PSI. Look for a sticker on the driver’s side door jamb or on the tire itself to find this information.
