How can I replace a 2007 Honda glove box lock?
How can I replace the glove box lock on my 2007 Honda Civic? I’m not sure how, but a piece of my glove box lock must have come off, so now it just hangs open. I need a way to fix this lock!

I’m sorry to hear that you’re dealing with a broken glove box lock. While you can’t replace your Honda’s glove box lock, you can get a new latch and handle for $20 to $45 online and replace the whole mechanism.
You will need to:
- Purchase a latch and handle that fits your car’s glove box.
- Remove the old lock, latch, and handle mechanism.
- Fit the new latch in and test it.
