How can I pull a Ford Fusion out of the mud?
I parked in a grass lot for a concert, but now my car is stuck in the mud. How can I pull my Ford Fusion out of the mud?

Getting your car stuck in the mud can be a stressful (and messy) situation to be in! Luckily, there are a few ways you can get your Ford Fusion out of the mud.
If there are people nearby willing to help, have them push your car out of the mud. If you do not have anyone to help, you can rock the vehicle back and forth by shifting between reverse and drive to get the car out yourself. Avoid spinning the wheels in place too much and use the lowest gear on your vehicle to avoid sinking deeper.
If neither of the above methods works, you can also try placing car mats, cardboard, plywood, or any other hard surface under the front tires to provide your vehicle with a surface that has more traction. Hopefully, by using a surface with more traction, you might drive out of the mud.
You should not attempt to attach a strap to the car and pull it out using another vehicle. You may end up causing damage to your vehicle. If you are still stuck, you will likely have to call a towing service.
