I’ve got a new Tesla Model X, but I was wondering if the tires would be covered by warranty, especially since it's an AWD. Does the Tesla warranty cover tires?

The Tesla Model X warranty doesn’t cover its tires. Tesla’s warranty does over roadside assistance which can give you a tow if you get stranded with a flat, but it won’t pay to replace the tire.
Your tire manufacturer may have a warranty, however. Even though Tesla supplies the tires on your new car, they don’t make them, so you’ll have to follow up with the company that made your tires.
Car warranties typically won’t cover parts that are considered normal wear and tear. That’s because these parts aren’t wearing down due to factory defects, but just from normal usage. Expendable maintenance items not included in your warranty coverage include:
Windshield wiper blades and inserts
Brake pads and linings
Air filters
Oil filters
