Does the Ford Explorer have adaptive cruise control?

I am really interested in buying a new Ford Explorer, but I want a car that has all of the cool safety features that my husband’s car does. Does the Ford Explorer come with adaptive cruise control?

The Ford Explorer does have adaptive cruise control available with the Ford Co-Pilot360 Assist+ upgrade**.
All Ford Explorers start with the basic suite of Ford Co-Pilot360™ safety features:
  • Blind spot information system
  • Rear view camera
  • Lane-keeping system
  • Automatic emergency braking
  • Automatic high-beam headlamps suite**
Adaptive cruise control is only included with the Ford Co-Pilot360™ Assist+ package, which comes standard on the Explorer ST-Line and higher trim levels. Adaptive cruise control is not available on the Explorer base or XLT trim levels.
Upgrading your Explorer’s trim level will ultimately increase your
