To open the trunk of your Lexus
without your keys, you have a couple of options. If the rest of your car is unlocked, open one of the back passenger doors and get into the back seat. Next, lower the center armrest. Once this is lowered, you’ll see a plastic backing with a lock and latch. Pull the latch to open this plastic backing and access the trunk.
Now, you may need a flashlight for this next step. On the inside of the opening to the trunk, towards the top of the opening, there will be a rubber loop. Use your finger to pull this rubber tab to the left—this will pop open the trunk.
If your car is completely locked and you can’t get in, double-check to see if you have a spare key. If so, problem solved!
But, if you don’t have a second key, you will need to call a locksmith to help you get into you open your Lexus’s trunk.
