Can a dealership get a car from another dealership?

If a car dealership doesn’t have the car that I want, can they get it from another dealership or will I have to go somewhere else? I’m shopping for a new car right now and I’m having trouble finding the exact model of Honda I want.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble finding the right car for you! Car dealerships can get a car from another dealership for you. The process is called a dealer trade, and it’s definitely faster and more convenient than ordering a car for delivery.
However, you might have to pay more for a dealer trade car than you would pay for a custom order car. It’s also possible that dealers in your area won’t be able to help you find the kind of car you want. If you’re not in a rush, it might be better to
buy a new car online
to avoid dealership politics.
When you do buy a new car, you’ll also need insurance. Check out the
