To connect to Bluetooth in a 2014 Volkswagen Passat, first, you’ll want to make sure your phone is compatible. Once this is determined, turn your Passat on and follow these steps:
On your phone’s Bluetooth menu, look for New Devices
Select VW BT which will include the last four digits of your VIN
A connection request will appear on your VW’s infotainment system
Press Connect and a PIN will appear on the screen
If you receive a PIN on your phone too, press Yes on the infotainment screen
Then, select Pair on your phone
Please keep in mind that the Bluetooth pairing process on your Volkswagen Passat must be completed within 30 seconds of the PIN appearing on your infotainment screen. Otherwise, you’ll have to start the process over.
Now that your Volkswagen Passat is ready for the road, don’t forget to also match it with a great insurance policy. And you can easily save on
