Let’s start on a positive note: the 2018 BMW 7 Series doesn’t have a lot of problems. It comes with the reliability you’d expect from a BMW.
Some of the commonly reported problems seem… well, nitpicky. A lack of standard safety features is one, followed by complaints about rear seats not folding as smoothly as expected.
All told, only two complaints have been filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. But one is rather glaring, and that is the brake pedal not stopping the car. This was reported only once, but it’s worth keeping in mind.
