Where is the Chevy Blazer made?

Ever since Chevy brought back the Blazer, I’ve wanted to buy one. However, I also want to make sure it has the highest quality before I buy. Is the Chevy Blazer made in America or somewhere else?

The current iteration of the Chevy Blazer is built in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico. However, this isn’t necessarily by design. The original plan from
Chevrolet
was to produce the Blazer at the Spring Hill Manufacturing Plant in Spring Hill, Tennessee, but the factory was running at full capacity. So to successfully revive the Blazer, Chevy decided to move manufacturing to Mexico.
Nevertheless, the Blazer is still held to the same quality standards as American-made vehicles, and with lower overhead in Mexico, you’ll pay less than you probably would if it was made in Tennessee.
If you decide to buy a Chevy Blazer despite its Mexican roots, do yourself a favor now by shopping around and comparing car insurance quotes on the
