Where is the 2018 Chevy Malibu battery located?
The battery in my Malibu just died. I don’t have the money for a mechanic right now, so I asked a friend to help me figure out how to do a DIY replacement. But first, I need to get the dead battery out. Where can I find the battery in a 2018 Malibu?

The 2018
Chevrolet Malibu’s
battery location is hidden beneath a plastic cover on the right side of the engine bay. Specifically, you’ll find it to the right of your engine just behind the windshield wiper fluid reservoir. To get to it, you’ll have to remove the protective cover by releasing the retaining clips on the front and back of the cover. With the cover removed, the battery should be easily accessible!
