How long does it generally take to buy a car?
I’m new to car buying. I hope the process isn’t drawn out and tedious.

“The length of time needed to buy a car is highly dependent on you. If you’re a heavy researcher and strong negotiator who’s bent on paying the least amount of money possible for the car that fits your needs, this could take a week or two.
But once you’ve found the vehicle you want, expect the negotiation and paperwork to take about one to two days. This estimate also assumes that you’ve received pre-approval for a loan (if you need one). “
