Where is the 2013 Ford F-150 fuel pump relay location?

The fuel pump in my 2013 F-150 has been acting pretty wonky over the past few days, but today, my engine wouldn’t start at all. However, I learned that it might be the result of a bad fuel pump relay, so I want to check it to make sure. Where is the fuel pump relay location on a 2013 Ford F-150?

Sorry to hear about your recent truck troubles! The 2013 Ford F-150 technically does not have a serviceable fuel pump relay. However, you can replace the fuel pump fuse located at the front edge of the engine compartment.
To access the fusebox, simply pop the hood and look for a black plastic box mounted near the front of the engine compartment. Lift up on the two tabs on the front of the box, and the lid should come off.
Once you have the lid of the fusebox removed, the fuel pump fuse is in slot 27. It’s a 20-amp, yellow fuse located in the middle-left of the fusebox. If you’re not sure what you’re looking for, use the diagram that’s on the underside of the fusebox lid.
Hopefully, switching the fuse fixes the problem, but if it doesn’t, you’re looking at replacement costs of about $500. To help you pay for this repair, why not spend a few minutes on the
