The 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 fuel pump relay is located underneath the fuse panel.
You can find the fuse panel by
opening the hood of your vehicle
and looking next to the battery. If you’re still having difficulty locating the fuse panel, check your owner’s manual for a diagram instead.Once you’ve located the fuse panel, lift it to expose the relays for your Dodge underneath. It will be bolted to the frame.
