I inherited an ‘06 BMW series 325i from a family member, but it came with a lot of issues. In only a month, I’ve already replaced all four tires and the brakes—-and now the battery’s dead. There’s no owner’s manual that I can find, so I’m not even sure where to look. Where is the battery located in a 2006 BMW 325i?

That’s because the battery isn’t located under the hood (like you might expect), but it’s actually located in the vehicle’s trunk.To get to it, you’ll have to lift the same cover that conceals your spare tire. The battery itself is located to the right of the spare, beneath another black plastic cover for extra protection.
