What is the warranty on a 2016 Kia Sorento?
My neighbor is selling her 2016 Kia Sorento for a great price. It has low mileage, runs great, and has no cosmetic issues. I just want to see if it still comes with a warranty. What kind of warranty does the 2016 Kia Sorento have?

The 2016 Kia Sorento originally came with a 5-year/60,000-mile basic bumper-to-bumper warranty and a 10-year/100,000-mile powertrain warranty. Since it’s a 2016 model, the basic warranty is already expired.
Unfortunately, the powertrain will also expire once the car is sold. When a Kia owner sells their vehicle, Kia swaps the 10-year/100,000-mile warranty for a 5-year/60,000-mile warranty—if anything is left on it. But since that amount of time has already lapsed, you’ll be left without a warranty on a resold 2016 Sorento.
