What is the warranty on a 2012 Ford Focus transmission?
I have an older Ford Focus, and the transmission is acting a little off. I had heard that Ford extended the warranty coverage on some years of the Focus. What’s the warranty on a 2012 Ford Focus transmission?

Due to some quality and mechanical issues, Ford did indeed extend the transmission warranty for several model years of the Focus.
The warranty on a 2012 Ford Focus transmission was extended to 7 years or 100,000 miles for clutches and related hardware, and 10 years or 150,000 miles for the transmission control module.
You’re out of time for the clutch and hardware coverage, but your transmission control module is still covered if you’re under 150,000 miles.
