What is the best Subaru for snow?
I just moved from Southern California up to Washington, and I’m dreading my first winter here. I’m looking to trade my current vehicle for one that can give me better traction in the snow, and I’m pretty much set on a Subaru for my next car. Which one is best for the snow?

Among the top-rated models for winter performance are:
- The 2022 Subaru Forester. Kelley Blue Book ranks the Premium trim as the best for cold weather conditions, and the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) rates the Forester 6/7 (Good) for its performance in the snow.
