What are the national parks in Missouri?

My parents are dragging me to Missouri this summer for a family reunion (yippee). I’m trying to make the trip bearable by visiting some parks while I’m there. What national parks are in Missouri?

Ah, the ol’ family reunion. We hope you have fun—and certainly Missouri’s state parks are a great way to add some pizzazz to your vacation!
Missouri hosts six national parks:
  • George Washington Carver National Monument
  • Harry S Truman National Historic Site
  • Jefferson National Expansion Memorial
  • Ozark National Scenic Riverways
  • Ulysses S. Grant National Historic Site
  • Wilson’s Creek National Battlefield
Missouri even suggests a playful “Passport Challenge” for those who visit all 6 parks.
Enjoy!
