Like with any hourly job, the more hours you’re able to put in, the more you’ll be able to make. If you treat Uber like a full-time job and can devote 40 hours per week to driving, you’ll earn a lot more than you would if you’re only able to drive once a week. But remember, Uber requires drivers to be at least 18.
And you should also keep in mind that Uber drivers in Ohio are independent contractors. That means that the money you make isn’t your actual take-home pay—you’ll have to deduct taxes, fuel costs, cleaning, and any other expenses.
