What self-professed “car nerd” wouldn’t be in love with a Bentley? As to settling your argument regarding how many Bentley Continental Supersports were made, there are actually two answers to your question. When the model was released in 2009, 1,800 units were built, but the 2017 iteration was limited to just 710 units.
The newest Supersports are particularly exciting. The model has the familiar twin-turbo W12 engine reworked with a new intake and exhaust system and bigger turbochargers than your standard Conti GT. Compared with the 2009 model, the 2017 Supersports an additional 79 horses and 160 lb-ft of torque for a total of 700 horsepower and 750 lb-ft of torque. With a top speed of 209 mph, the 2017 Continental Supersports can reach 60 mph in a mere 3.4 seconds.
