How do you play Bluetooth music in a 2013 Ford F150?

My mom picked up a work truck from a used lot, and it’s safe to say she’s not the most tech-savvy person. I offered to help set up Bluetooth so she could listen to music, but I’m having difficulty figuring it out. Can you tell me how to play Bluetooth music in a 2013 Ford F150?
